Channels
In the future channels will be build to connect the oceans with inland lowlands, flooding them to create saline basins that create moist air in regions parched by the sun. Other channels and pipes will be build to transport and desalinate water for the protection of biomass development inland. Robotic solar steam driven agricultural machines will tend to huge planntations grown only to offset the CO2 methane threat.
Flotillas
Sailing vessels will be used to manage and fertilize distand dead ocean zones. Floating wave powered ammonia factories and deep ocean upwelling sources will attempt to stem the death of the oceans. Underwater turbines will oxygenize the deep ocean and keep iron in solution and available for surface organisms.
Localization
Communities will achieve autonomous production of most necessary products to live. There needs to be no shortage of mobilty or energy, yet the breaking of the oligarchies will create a competitive world where ownership is disintermediated in order to motivate people to act on their own behalf. Copyright and Patent law is amended to disable monopolies. Aggregation of power is outlawed. There is a need for an overaching body of government.
